For those that are doing Jillian 30 Day Shred, how are you logging it under exercise? I still have not figured out all of the categories

    I'm just doing general circuit training and logging the calories from my HRM.

    I saw another thread where someone said to log it under circuit training. I tried day 1 and it nearly killed me. I'm going to have to ease into it. :laugh:

    I do general circuit as well. Haven't figured out how to get my Garmin HRM to register things whem I'm not running, biking, or hiking.

    I do 20 minutes of circuit training and 10 minutes of stretching. :smile:

    I created my own exercise for it. But using circuit training is fairly accurate.
