Wedding Weight Loss

I weight 147 lbs.

My wedding is March 2nd.

I'd like to weight 125 by Dec 1.

That would be about 20 pounds.

Is this a reasonable goal? 25 lbs in 4 months?

Any advice how to reach it?

  • It most definitely is! You should look into a low carb, high protein weight loss program (http://www.dukandiet.com/Dukan-Coaching/How-It-Works) ; one that is sustainable in the long run and nutritious as well. I lost 25 pounds on such a diet in 12 weeks. I’d also workout for an hour every day. I’d advise you to take on SOME form of exercise to fuel the weight loss. Aim for an hour at least 4 times a week, if not every day.

    It's low carb-high protein, but with lots of vegetables. I'm really looking forward to losing more weight with this program. You can lose up to 5 lbs a week! (I average about 4 a week)
