HI! I am new to MFP forums. Today I committed to exercising at least 30 minutes a day and eating nutritious foods. I lost 94 pounds then slacked and gained back 15. I am determined to lose 20 pounds total to reach my "dream" weight of 175. I know I can do it and look forward to sharing my progress with you and getting support and motivation!
