turkey neck :(

Does anybody know of any over the counter product that will help tighten up a 50 year old (next month) woman's neck? I am losing weight and I think my wattle is getting worse with losing weight. I know some of this stuff comes with aging (bah)...but there has to be something that can at least help???? PS..surgery/ face lift etc..OUT of the question....can't find a way to budget that in
