I'm serious this time. I've been fat too long. It's been a roller coaster for me over the last ten years. I turn 50 this year and I want to do so by feeling great. Since I'm just starting, I'd like to connect with some friends I can share this long journey with. I believe that the social support from friends who understand will help make the difference.
