I lost weight and still look the same?

I know that my weight has gone down but I think I look exactly the same.

    No i can see a big difference in your two profile pictures. You have much more definition. Looking good, keep it up :)

    You never see changes in yourself straight away because your used to seeing yourself everyday, but other people notice, as the comments above show :)
