ok so this site is a little techincal for the "layman", and these resources are really for doctors and health professionals, but what a great place to find information. And seriously, who can dispute information posted by the American Medical Association? I know I can't.

Thanks for looking that site up, I have really been finding (as you can see from my recent posts) that people are not helping themselves when it comes to the "power of knowledge." If you don't know the basics, how can you possibly be successful with a long term goal like healthy weight loss. Even looking at a simple site like the government food guide can be a start.
Thanks again.....Anne0 -
Thanks Banks & icandoit for being so motivated to educate others! You are examples of why this site is successful.
You're awesome :drinker:0
