What happens when you have lost 10lbs

When I entered my last weight loss - 11lbs (yay!! ) MFP asked me if I wanted it to automatically reset my calories etc. I put yes - and nothing happened! Everything stayed the same.
Tomorrow I will be weighing again - I only weigh once a month - and know that I have lost more . If I have lost another 10lbs (I don't think I have but that is beside the point), and I press the button again are MFP going to reduce my calories allowed, or what.
How does it work?

Are you set to eat 1200 calories a day? If so, MFP won't put your goal lower than that.0

Hi, at the moment I am set to eat 1310 calories. When you have lost weight, do they put your calories allowed down?0

when you loose weight and get smaller, your BMR will change, therefore you need to adjust your calories to maintain a deficit.0
