200 squats for my legs bum and lower back.

I noticed a big difference in my posture just from the hundred push-up challenge. The program is great--I made it all the way through with knee push-ups (all I could do when I started) and now am on Week 2 of the full ones.

Bent over rows may help. I find the move very effective if I really squeeze my shoulder blades together. I searched for an image of it for you if you're unfamiliar. I'm hopefuly some mid/upper back exercises will help my posture as well - pull my shoulders back!.

    Hope this helps!
