Looking hot for the 50th birthday

Hi All

Looking for friends to join me in the count down to the 50th birthday
As on that day i would like people to be saying he/she looks fab
Want to get there early and not have to be six months away and not eating until the big day
As we know we can get there but staying there is the hardest part
I have three and a half years to go, never to early or late to start
Now is the time to be looking after our selves more than ever
