Classes at the gym???

Hi, my classes of choice are spin (around 3 times per week), body attack (1/2 week) and body pump (2/3 week).
All are amazing, although spin you will either love or hate!!! There are always lower impact others and bits and pieces to get you used to it!! Key is finding one with good instructors that you like!0 -
Don't be scared, that is no way to go thinking about it! Honestly you might mess up at first but it is all of the learning process, and any good teacher will tell you it is not the steps that make the workout it is keeping active and moving that make it.0

I think with all your energy you would enjoy a cycling class, too. They are pretty hardcore and it would definitely build your endurance.
Right now I am just sticking to Yoga, which is very relaxing but can get difficult with balancing. I would love to try Zumba! That's next on my list, it looks like a really fun workout. Consider that, too.0
