When I started at MFP about three weeks ago I got a new belt that I would only be able buckle up on the largest notch. I figured it would be fun to watch track the belt to the notches that make the belt smaller as I make my journey through weight loss. Today i was about 12 lbs down and moved up to the next notch. Cool feeling.

Thats a very good idea. Some people buy jeans or a shirt that is a size they want to reach and keep trying it on til eventually it fits.0
