Hi all. I just had pacemaker surgery two weeks ago. I am limited for a month as the doctor has told me nothing but walking, no stretching no use of my left arm just take it easy. Anyway, i am used to 2 workouts a days 3 days a week and 6 days a week of workout and i stretch every day for an hour.
I have started walking which helps me get thru the downs
I'm having a lot of trouble with my diet as i am still eating a lot but i'm just doing it for now,, too much sugar.
anyway if anyone has gone thru this or has advice to get me thru this i would greatly appreciate it
I live in south florida outside of fort lauderdale and im 57
