Hi there! I was wondering if any of you have tried hypnosis, and how did it work for you?

    I tried it TWICE. It didn't work for me, but, I do know of a woman who it DID work for. So I guess everyone is different. :smile:

    I've also done it twice - the first time I lost 60 lbs. and kept it off for over a year. The second time didn't go so well and I ended up gaining everything back between the two times.
