Any fairly serious runners still looking to lose weight?

I've been running fairly seriously since 2009 when I started my weight loss journey. I've lost a total of 115 pounds, gained about 10 back recently though and am looking to lose about 15-20 more pounds. I started running the with Couch to 5K program and have since completed 12 (atleast, starting to lose count) Half Marathons and 2 Full Marathons. I've done 6 or 7 halfs this year so far and have one coming up in October, one in November and one in January. My PRs are 1:42:20 for a half and 3:57:20 for a full. I spend about 10-14 hours a week running, doing hot yoga, kickboxing, etc. I'm a pescatarian, which means the only meat I eat is fish .. up until recently I was a full vegetarian. Just looking for like-minded people for friendship and support. :)

I do 50-60 mpw and am currently looking to drop some additional weight to get to a better racing weight overall (still not underweight by any means) - I would love to get 8 lbs off but since my last marathon in May, I have actually gained about 4 BUT I am running way better so I am not stressing too much on the weight control until after my fall goal HM.

    My PRs

    5k - 22:39 - looking for sub 22 this year
    10 mile - 1:20:51 - looking for 1:15 this fall
HM - 1:39:45 - looking to shave off a minute in October
Marathon - 3:36:33...not running another one until boston..I hope!

You guys are beasts! I can only dream of those times....

I started running last year with hopes of losing those last 20lbs after losing 30 with WW.
I did not realize that I would need to eat more once I started training for a half. I was ALWAYS hungry, which caused poor food choices. Here I am 10 months later and I still have 20 to lose.

I've changed my eating plan and I'm eating 5 meals a day. So far this seems to be making a difference.

You're not to far away from me in Columbus, GA so I guess we have about the same miserable running weather right now.

I run generally 10 to 12 hours a week and 60 to 80 miles on my high weeks. I am pretty much at my goal weight but wouldn't mind losing another 5 or so pounds.

    Current recent PR's
    5K - 20:10 in March
    10K - 47:10 last Sept
    Half - 1:35:25 in January
    Full - 3:50 last Nov

During this summer I have been running 5Ks. Last night I ran 21:36 at 90 degrees so I am hoping my slowdown is mostly heat related rather than a gigantic hole in my training. I'll have to wait until it cools off a bit to find out.

Always looking for like minded runners comisserate with, especially when every run feels ike its in a sauna.

Hi! I am starting to get more serious about my running. I have only done 2 half marathons (Ya I kinda just skipped the 5 and 10k's but will be doing some this fall)

    My first half was 3:03:05
    My second was 3:00:18

I cried because I wanted to beat 3 hours so this year I will be working on my speed (I have never been a fast runner my sister got most of that natural skill)
I will also be aiming for my first full marathon in 2014
