Does anyone give themselves a free day? Ya know, when you don't log and just relax for a day?

I don't have a free day where I don't log, I log everyday even if it's quick added calories. I do eat out on Saturdays and kind of "treat" myself a little bit, but I always workout extra hard that day too.0

For me, weight loss isn't about dieting, it's about life changes. And I don't believe in "cheat" or "free" days until you've established solid habits. I did not have any sort of cheat day until I got to a point in my journey where I didn't feel like I NEEDED one.0

I don't need a "free day". I eat what I want. I just try to ensure I get my calorie and macro goals.
If I have a "free day", it means I am not really enjoying my normal days, which means I am likely to change eating habits later.
I also ALWAYS log. I need to know the information at all times. If my weight stalls and I have a day or two not logged, most likely due to me eating more than I thought those days etc.0 -
Don't plan em-- but they happen-- log it and forget it....
^^ This... if you log you can see that even though you may have f*ed up a ltitle, you didn't just screw the goose... log, learn and move on0
