I have been wearing 3x and 4x tshirts and they have been getting loose on me so I went "shopping" in my closet for some 2x shirts and they fit!! I am so excited. I have some beautiful 2x shirts I can now wear. I am going to waste no time at getting rid of my bigger tsirts- off to salvation army they go. I have several sizes of shirts in my closet so I am set for shirts, pants I will have to buy, I don't mind that tho it is worth it because I am losing weight and inches.
I love the victories and mini goals met, it helps keep the motivation alive for doing a weight loss journey. I can do this, I will do this, and I am doing this!! :happy:
