Great job! I lost 8 pounds last month, too, but my belly has not shrunk as much as yours. What was your routine? What was your rountine? Pls let me know. Thnx!
Eating 1200 calories, healthy food.. Lots and lots of water.
I did hot yoga for about a week & family walks at night.0 -

Thanks! Minus the yoga, I've been doing a lot of what you've been doing as well. I guess I have to ramp it up on the water. Thanks again!0 -
What a difference in only one month! Congrats on your progress!0

Yes! :-)
A month today since I joined MFP :-)
Congrats!!!!
I'm right there with you. I joined at the end of June but didn't really use it until after July 4th. I have lost 9.3 pounds according to the scale this morning. No before and after pics for me, but I can already notice the difference. I can't wait for the next 4-5 weeks to hopefully lose another 10! Keep it up!!!0 -

I would suggest your routine was an excellent fat burner, hence the very great visual difference on progress.
I'd also suggest that if you start exercising more than a little without changing the diet, you will likely be changing that formula for success.
You've shown in a great way how diet is for the fat loss.
Exercise is for heart health and body changes that may or may not help that fat loss.
Please bring in the exercise a realistic amount so you can keep the great fat loss going. 2lbs a week is great. Exercise will likely make that less, even if the fat still comes off.
Do weight lifting for most bang for your buck of time.
Look forward to 2 months, because that is great progress.0 -
you look great!! keep it up x0
