Setting goals and sticking to them...

I am now doing C25K, and I love it. Im only on w1d3, but so far, so good. I can already feel my endurance improving. I have never been a runner, so this is absolutely perfect for me. I will finish the 9 week program on my birthday, and the next week I will participate in my first 5k event! Its such a great goal to look forward too! Im also giving myself until November 21 to be down to my goal weight which is 30lbs lighter! I've set goals before, and haven't stuck with them. But I think since I have narrowed both goals down and I have amazing things to look forward to with each, that it will be more achievable this time. Everything just feels different this go- around! Thanks to all of YOU! for your amazing support that you always give. And if you have any advice, or words of wisdom, feel free to share!
