Good morning fellow challengers! How is everyone doing? Hopefully feeling fit and healthy! Keep up the GREAT work!

Last night I rode my bike for 36 min at varying levels, drank my water, and took my vitamins & meds. Woo hoo! I'm looking at a full chart so far this week. Only 2 more days to fill it completly!

+++POSITIVE THOUGHTS+++!!! :flowerforyou:

I have my new chart on the refrigerator. I'm not sure about weights today as I'm still a little sore from Monday. I might wait until tomorrow. As long as I get 3 days a week in, I'm ok. I'm counting this coming Saturday's 3 hour yoga stint as weights.

Yesterday I walked a bunch - 80 minutes or so. I might do a combination of elliptical and walking today.

Elliptical yesterday and walk for 1 hr in morn and 30 mins in the afternoon.

    Today
Walk this morning (the sun is out but it is cold and crisp) for about 1hr
Core strength training with 5kg weights still finding 2 of the shoulder moves really challenging with these new weights.
Walk to school this afternoon about 30 mins.

Had a couple of late nights and I am feeling really tired and I need to get up early tomorrow I have to go to town to buy mothers day cards and gifts so I will need to use the elliptical at 6am so I will get up a 5 and have breakfast tidy up for 1/2 hr then go on the elliptical (I can't go on it too soon after eating or I get a stitch) I think I better get an early nite 2nite or I will be falling asleep standing up 2morrow.

    Have a gr8 Wednesday all.

I got in 80 minutes of Taebo just now (incuding upper body). I didn't think I was going to make it. I guess the three weeks of being out of it really took its toll. I'm pretty sore this week! I am noticing definition in my calves now and maybe a little in my arms. Also (it sounds silly but) the veins in my hands are showing up more (I guess from loss of fat) and I've nearly lost my wedding ring off my finger twice this week. So even though the scale didn't show anything this morning (.5 gain) I can tell it's coming off somewhere!

Hi Teamates! I drove the school bus with chains on again this morning. We had a 90 minute delay due to teachers not being able to get there on time. Oh what fun trying to find all the pot holes under the snow not to mention the speed bumps the snowmachines leave when they cross the road. I came home and did my PT exercises and gentle stretching video. I have to do the PT exercises twice a day. I might actually get my chart filled this week.  More driving this afternoon and then I get to relax. Hey mechanicmom, I'll know I've lost enough when I can get my wedding band back on. I'm almost there, I didn't want to get it enlarged but because I was larger so it has been patiently waiting for me in my jewelry box. Maybe by summer, I'm hoping.

Hi all. I did both Biggest Loser videos for a total of 70 minutes & then used the snowblower for 75 minutes followed by 20 minutes of shoveling...I'm all set for today!

    Today is my day off.

Although, this is also my big teaching/commute day, and I walked for 40 minutes with my backpack.

I can't seem to take an actual "day off". . .:flowerforyou:

Checking in late to say -- managed to get in an hour on the exercycle before headed to the airport. Once I got to Portland I was bummed to see there is no gym at the hotel, but I had a few minutes to myself so I found a local gym and they'll let me work out there for a pretty decent rate.

Not ideal, but I've got to do something!

    Have a great night.
