Just starting... again.

OK... I've tried this before - the whole logging everything I do bit. But I have decided, now that I'm 41 and 230 lbs (my heaviest weight EVER) that I need to get serious about weight loss.

I need all the help I can get for motivation. Any help/suggestions/friends would be appreciated.

    I'm a restarter too. The only advice I can give you is don't quit. Even when you do badly, log it. Own it, be accountable instead of hiding it. It sucks sometimes, but it helps.
