I started doing zumba for cardio, despite having 2 left feet and no sense of rhythm. It isn't listed in the database, so I used "dance- modern/twist/something" instead...is that about the same?

    Go to ZumbaCalories.com and plug in your personal info. I burned a TON of calories doing Zumba
