Tracking insanity workouts?

I don't have a heart rate monitor, so I've just been putting high impact cardio. Is there one that's a bit closer to insanity level workouts?

I dont; think it's really possible for a comparison, as it's all down to your own personal effort, some people will some parts easier than others etc.
The only way to get anything approaching accurate will be to get a HRM.
