What do you do when you ate too many calories? It says I am -165 calories so can I excercise to burn off the extra calories I ate today? Any advice?

It's not the end of the world. The food police will not be called in. lol.
Exercise if you want.
Please realize you are aware of it now, that's needs to be an accomplishment for you. It takes a while to get everything worked out. Each day you will become a little more mindful and be more careful. Also, I didn't look to see if your diary is open so I don't know what you ate. If you went over and ate mostly healthy foods don't worry. If not, you will know next time.
Everyone goes over on some days. No need to beat yourself up. Look over your diary and see if you can find a bad spot so you can prepare for it next time.0 -
You sure can, or just have a better day tomorrow (165cal isn't a huge major in my books)0

You can exercise it off today or just eat 165 less tomorrow. Either way works.0

Exercise to burn more calories or just shake it off and get back on track tomorrow.0

nothing.
just carry on as normal.0 -
See your daily target? Its an estimate. See everything you eat, and every exercise calorie you log? They're estimates too. Getting to within +/- 10% of your calorie goal is great, don't sweat such a small amount.0

I would also look to WHY you blew your cals a little? Was on good choices, or something on a whim/impulse decision?0

I would just try again tomorrow. Chances are you have or will be under calories so it will all balance out. I wouldn't stress over it0
