My Progress 8 Months in with pics

I started In January 2012, I am 8 months in and 52 pounds down. I have lost 46.5 inches over all my body. lowered my BMI 8 points!

11 Inches from my waist
7 inches from my bust
9 inches from my hips

I feel fantastic and I am 13 pounds away from my first goal!

Top two pics are from two days ago :)

I work out 3-5 times a week, doing the treadmill, bike, weight lifting, lots of walking/jogging. I dance all the time. I have also been eating better. Not a low carb diet but high protein! And of course with my great friends from MFP!

    Honestly, I just got the heck up and got active! And stopped stuffing my face! I try to eat alot of protein and work out an hour a day or at least 3 times a week...
