Any pilates DVD recommendations?

I noticed that Miley Cyrus toned up a LOT after starting pilates and I was just curious if anyone has experienced some good results with an at-home pilates regimen.

I think Pilates is great for toning. Especially your abs and back muscles. Ellen Barrett has pilates based videos that I like. A lot of it is standing type pilates exercies - with a little of dance and yoga. She has 2 new ones - Grace & Gusto and Power Fusion that are fun. Her Yogini work out is really good - a mix of yoga and pilates. I took pilates classes at the gym and I found it kind of boring because you are pretty much laying down the entire time. I like the fusion type pilates workouts.0

Also try Pop Pilates on YouTube. Cassie has some great workouts that are tough. Make sure to run through the beginner ones a few times, though, since she isn't always great about carefully explaining form in the advanced workouts.0
