You are not crazy, it happens here too. Never fails I buy yogurt, gone the next day by my kids who can have all the cookies and chips they want, GRRRR, I am with you!0

that's my childhood trauma!
my mother never used to buy me and my brother chocolates and candies (ok...not NEVER. but very rarely, she didn't want us to get fat and ruin our teeth)
so i used to fight with my brother over everything.
and now i live by myself and i don't have to share my food, i sometimes still eat like it's the last time in my life.
and that's why i gained weight.
and that's why i'm here.
Sounds like me...and my sister! I refuse to "forbid" my child "luxuries." Forbidding typically leads to unhealthy eating habits later...0 -
I think i used to be a lot more possessive over my food when i was at a stage of eating whatever i wanted.. so if i bought some chocolate for myself and find someone had gotten into it before me, i'd be pisssssed! Now, i'm not too possessive but i guess it depends on if i'm treating myself and someone's gone ahead and finished something i wanted, etc.0
