How much is a serving of cooked pasta? I made barilla whole wheat spaghetti tonight. Made the entire box, as I am feeding a family. According to the package 2 oz. is a serving. That must be uncooked pasta. How much cooked pasta is a serving? Thanks!

The Canadian Food Pyramid defines a serving of pasta as approximately a half cup, or what fits inside a cupped palm, or the size of half a bagel.
Not much, I know!0 -
With spaghetti noodles, 2 oz uncooked comes out to a cup cooked.0
