i confess. I have no clue what im doing.

I startred this about 2 weeks ago, and I thought that if i just ate less, the weight would come off. I have figured out like 5 healthy meals I can eat, and have pretty much been eating the same things everyday. Which is not much fun.
I have no idea what i am supposed to be eating or what I am doing wrong. I think i was eating too little, so i am taking everyones advice and stepping it up some. I just feel very lost. I dont know what i am doing at all!
if anyone has any tips, advice... anything!
Or anyone who has had success, that has an open diary...id love to see what your eating/doing!
