Just curious...has anyone else purposely under eaten (not eaten their recommended daily caloric intake) during the week so they can splurge on a weekend? If so, is it acceptable, as in...is it healthy, and does it work? I know Weight Watchers lets you save points during the week, so I'm kind of likening it to that theory.

No, I always give myself the weekend to splurge a bit regardless of how my week went; I still log it in the diary also.0

I've been doing it - the splurging is mostly drinking calories but then I make poor food choices. I don't weigh in till Wednesday or Thursday and get back on track during the week - so far it's going fine. I still log everything too.0
