Hi everyone,
My good friend and I just finished Insanity. Our thoughts. Great for cardio, but don't expect to really see much except really ripped legs. I personally didn't find any of insanity 'fun.' I did it cause my friend and I promised each other to get through it.
So far done 2 days of the Tapout program. Defiantly slower paced compared to insanity, but we have yet to do plyo or cardio vids. But i'm having fun with Tapout though. And enjoy the guy's energy vs the other guy in Insanity
My quick little review. Thanks.
ps i may try to improve the review as time goes on.
