I am a partner in a martial arts school that has both Krav Maga & Muay Thai. Both should be great for fitness, though Krav is more suited towards self-defense. I dont do much Muay Thai but am more of a Krav Maga, & Kungfu guy myself. Hope that helps.

Who cares? Both sound awesome, fun, and effective. Stop thinking about it and join either one. After a month or two, if you're having second thoughts, try the other. Less thinking/stalling, and more doing.0

Most gyms/dojos have a free trial session. Try them out and see which one you enjoy most. The one that will be the most beneficial will be the one you stick to.0
