So...here's a new recipe I'm making tonight. May need to tweek the ingredients just a little bit. My mom makes it and she estimates everything so we'll see how it goes. If anything, it will be less than described below.

You'll need:
1.5 pounds ground turkey
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of water
3 cups cooked whole wheat pasta
1/4 cup reduced fat grated parmesan cheese

What you do:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Make ground turkey into small meatballs, lightly coat with bread crumbs and brown in a skillet.
3. Heat cream of mushroom soup and water until creamy.
4. Cook pasta as directed and drain.
5. Mix meatballs, pasta, and soup together in a caserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
6. Bake in oven for 5-10 minutes.

Nutritional info:
Serves 6 people.

mmm, sounds good. I might make it with spaghetti sauce instead, throw in some peppers, onions, garlic, and broccoli and it sounds too good to pass up.

Yes...I forgot to say that it would be great with some veggies thrown in. My husband wants green beans tonight so I'm making those on the side with some garlic and onions in a skillet. Should be good. But broccoli and carrots, or even mixed veggies could be thrown in and would be good!
