5-8 pounds to lose

Hi I am a 40 year old momma with 3 kiddos. I am trying to lose 5-8 pounds by October. I am a low carb eater and have been for over 10 years and it fits my life perfectly --I've never been a big pasta, rice or bread fan in the first place.

However, I just recently started trying to lose weight though through calarie counting and food portion moderation. I have also picked up Zumba in the last 2 months, I also Hula hoop occasionally, do ab conditioning exercises a couple times a week and do pole fitness 1x a week as well as part of my fitness regimen.

My problem area is my belly/stomache...I have the dreaded baby pooch that I have been battling losing for the last few years with no luck. Hoping to change that with consistent cardio, ab conditioning exercise and calorie counting. I am on a mission to lose 2-3 inches from my belly by Nov.

Looking to befriend anyone who is into Zumba, hula hoop, pole fitness and any other low carb eaters out there! We're all in this together!
