IF and Paleo/Primal+Eating More to Weigh Less?

Hey, there! I've been eating Paleo/Primal since January and love it; when I joined MFP I started cals at 1200, didn't lose anything, saw helloitsdan's Roadmap, adjusted my cals to reflect activity level. This works! However, sometimes I'm finding it difficult to eat so much food. I'm just not hungry and sometimes feel like I'm forcing myself to eat. (I know I could be eating better....next week I'm going to clean it up a bit.) I want to do IF because I've heard so much about it lately and have friends that have lost body fat % doing this. I'm already losing body fat % with the Roadmap and Paleo/Primal, BUT I wanted to know if there's anyone on here that is Paleo/Primal & doing Eat More to Weigh Less as well as IF from time to time (that's a bit redundant...) and is having success. Thanks for any info. I was desiring to do the no eating after 8 pm and no eating before noon or one....
