IF and Paleo/Primal+Eating More to Weigh Less?

Hey, there! I've been eating Paleo/Primal since January and love it; when I joined MFP I started cals at 1200, didn't lose anything, saw helloitsdan's Roadmap, adjusted my cals to reflect activity level. This works! :) However, sometimes I'm finding it difficult to eat so much food. I'm just not hungry and sometimes feel like I'm forcing myself to eat. (I know I could be eating better....next week I'm going to clean it up a bit.) I want to do IF because I've heard so much about it lately and have friends that have lost body fat % doing this. I'm already losing body fat % with the Roadmap and Paleo/Primal, BUT I wanted to know if there's anyone on here that is Paleo/Primal & doing Eat More to Weigh Less as well as IF from time to time (that's a bit redundant...) and is having success. Thanks for any info. :) I was desiring to do the no eating after 8 pm and no eating before noon or one....
