How to log 30 Minutes to Fitness: Bootcamp DVD?

Does anyone use the DVD "Kelly Coffey's 30 Minutes to Fitness: Bootcamp"? I am wondering how best to log this workout. I'm not sure if I should log it under circuit training, or aerobics. I know that it would be an estimate only. I don't have a HRM at this time. The workout is a mix of what I think of as aerobics and dynamic moves with weights.... Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

I just started 30Day Shred, it also is cardio with a mix of strength training. From what I have read on the message boards circuit training will give you the closest estimate of calories burned for that video, so that's what I've been logging. You'll have to let me know how the Bootcamp is, I'm a big fan of short workouts0

Stephie_lee I like the DVD, good for when I only have time for a quick workout. I do the modified version. I find some of the routines sometimes a little confusing, but I think it is my lack of coordination rather than the DVD. I just take out from the library. Good workout to squeeze in during naptime!0
