I had a quick look at your diary and the main thing that jumps out at me is that I didn't see a single fruit and veggie. I really hope you are eating them and just not logging them.
If not - eat your fruit and veg! Aussie guidelines suggest 2 fruit and 5 veg every day which seems like a good amount to me.
I find that I always feel better and have more energy when I eat more of the less-processed stuff - fruit, veg, meat, eggs etc. The times when I eat lots of cakes and bikkies and toast and not much fruit and veg is when I feel bad and am more likely to get sick.

And, as you have kids, you need to be getting them to eat fruit and veggies now while they are small - you don't want them to grow up and be posting on MFP saying "I hate veggies".

I have also found that regular exercise has done wonders for my energy levels. There are a lot of veggies that I don't like, but I make a point to eat more of the ones I do like. Get protein, carbs, and fat with each meal, plenty of fruits and veggies, and exercise regularly. Your energy levels will increase over time, and soon you won't be so groggy in the morning. It worked for me.
