I love myfitnesspal, and I'm always motivated by the stories I read on this site. But NSV???? That has me stumped!!!

    I believe if I'm correct.. It means Non Scale Victory.. I may be wrong lol

    Oh yes. . . Non Scale Victory. For me, so far:

    1. Easier to paint my toenails
    2. Wearing that cute blue skirt that has been in the back of my closet for a year
    3. Knowing that the sweater I started knitting last November will not be too small when I finish it.
