Ugh! I'm stuck

I have lost around seven pounds which is great, but can't seem to drop any more. I've been faithful to my diet. Any tips??

    I've recently stopped snacking so have only three meals a day. It seems to be working already!

  • Workout routine? How long have you been on this particular diet? Most people believe a big difference is required to start seeing results again.. Not true. Just tweak a little here and there. Up the workout intensity (rest for 20 secs instead of 40), change # of reps/sets. Eat 3 meals instead of 6 or vice versa, etc.
