All or Nothing Mentality

When people ask me how I've lost over 50 lbs. and kept it off for a year, I have to say that getting rid of that "all or nothing" mentality, that made me fail in the past, is what allowed me to succeed this time.
If you're someone that thinks you've "blown it" for the week and are planning on starting over fresh on Monday, read this article and start fresh today!

I am/was the EXACT same way. I still have an all or nothing mentality about a lot of things, but I had to learn to let it go for the weight loss process. I would mess up at 10am, and BOMB the rest of the day because I had already blown it. I would mess up on Wednesday of one week and eat horribly for the rest of the week until Monday because "the week is already ruined." Thank you for posting this article. I need all the help I can get!0
