Hello from Finland!

I'm 25 and from Finland, I've been using MFP for about six weeks now and it's great! It's really helped me to reduce my portion sizes and keeping regular meal times, which is really important not only in my getting fit -project but also because I've got type 1 diabetes. My blood glucose levels have been much better lately.
In the excercise area I'm just actually starting to be more active, but now I'm expecting to lose the 5 kg I'm aiming for in a fairly short time. After that it's going to be all about getting fit and toning up, maybe get rid of another kilo or two but that would be just a plus.
I've been more active here in MFP recently, and it really gives me even more motivation. It's great to be a part of this community! :)
