Advanced pilates - calories burned

I do advanced pilates once or twice a week. It's pretty hard core - lots of push-ups, planks, abs work. MFP says an hour of pilates burns something like 120 cals. While I realise it's not cardio, that seems pretty low for an intense work-out which really makes me sweat! Any thoughts on how I should log - callisthenics springs to mind, but at 500+, that seems pretty high.

    You could wear a HRM and see how high your heart rate is? If its really intense your heart rate could be in the cardio zone and you could get a guestimate from that?
