Flexibility Equiv of 30DS and C25K?

Hi,
So I am doing the C25K program to try get into running (up to W4D3). I havn't looked into 30 day shred and probably won't but just using it as an example.
Does anyone know if there are any programs built similar to these that will help build me some flexibility?

I can't even get close to touching my toes bending forward or other similar things.

So yeah, anything like c25k that I do daily or few times a week to try and get some flexibility. Being able to touch my toes bending forward would be cool and I think would help me prevent some injuries.

    Try yoga... It will surely help in building some flexibility.... Take it easy initially and finally you will get there. Good luck!
