Switching to maintaining!!

Hello people! :)

So I decided this morning that I'm happy where I am and I now need to work on maintaining this weight, eeeeeek :happy:
Last time I did this I managed to binge all the way back up to 13 stone though :noway: So i'm in major need of help with this :P

I'm looking for people who have already started maintaining for advice and encouragement and the like, so please please add me! :flowerforyou:

    Hi Candy! I am getting ready to begin the maintenance. It scares me because I have to view this journey differently now. Before it was I want to lose a certain number of pounds by next week. Now it is I want to remain this weight and how am I going to do that?! So, I have decided that I MUST continue to record my food and I am also going to begin setting other goals for myself. I have 2 current goals: run a 10k and then next summer take part in a sprint triathlon. I need to start training and get focused.
