Hi All!
I am just starting out on MFP, going to give it a try. Have been tracking and watching what i eat for about a week now, well actually i guess it was really only 4 days since i started on Tuesday. I suppose looking at that now, i shouldnt be dissapointed that even tho i followed it, i havent lost anything yet. <sigh> i know results cant be instant. But i need to lose around 70ish pounds, that is my end goal anyway, im about 212 now and would like to get to 155 (where i did get to once before using weight watchers and then over the course of the next 5-6 years put it all back on) im sad with myself and want it to work but i get very frustrated. Seems like there is alot of motivation and support here so i am hoping i will find success
it gives me 1200 cal's a day and im trying to balance that out with healthy meals & snacks, i need to work on lowering my carbs, as i think they are too high at the moment.
starting next week i go back to zumba so that is an hour a day 2-3 days a week and we are going to try to add in some walking & a little strength training to..
heres hopeing it works!
