I'm back and sharing the love!

Hi! I signed up on MPF more than a year ago, but haven't really been back on since. But, that doesn't meant I haven't been exercising. I'm a health nut, crazy about fitness and exercise. I love feeling good after a hard workout. I started running again after I got laid off last summer and needed something to do to keep my spirits up. I had shin splints/compartment syndrome earlier in the year, which made running severely painful. But, I was determined to get back on the road. So, after resting my legs, I started on the treadmill and eventually back on the road. I love running and the "rush" after I'm done is just amazing. That sense of accomplishment is what gets my day started. I am also a Beachbody fan, I love P90x, TurboFire and Shakeology. They have been keys to changing my life and keeping me motivated everyday, even when applying for jobs don't pan out and I try not to let that frustrate me. I look at each day as a new beginning, a chance to do something great. And who better than to make great is starting with myself. I can't help someone else, unless I am willing to take care of myself. Lead by example and see who else it inspires or motivates to make a change in their lives. We all strive to do better, let's make each day a positive one (without all the drama and BS), and be an inspiration to achieve the goals we set forth in ourselves.
