I'm new here

Most of my life I haven't had that much of a weight problem. I'm 5"9 and weighed between 150-160 lbs for most of my teenage years, but the last two years I've just been lazy and put on weight that I need to take off. I started my diet four weeks ago today on the 13th of July and so far, in four weeks, this is my progress.

Starting Weight - 220 lbs (99.7 Kg)
Current Weight - 208 lbs (94.3 Kg)

I haven't really been doing anything drastic. Just eating less and exercising more. My goal weight is to be around 150-160 lbs again.
