"Crossover Running Plank means getting into a pushup-like position. Yet, your arms do not move up and down but simply hold you up. One at a time bring one knee up/under your chest and swing it to the opposite side and back again. It is called running because the pace is fast and looks like you are running horizontally. Yet, this one is a crossover and so your right leg arcs left, the left arcs right, etc."
