SHOULD I BE DOING MORE

I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR THE PAST WEEK AT THE GYM. HOWEVER I HAVE ONLY BEEN DOING THE TREADMILL FOR AN HOUR EVERY NIGHT. ALONG WITH THAT I HAVE BEEN KEEPING UP WITH MY CALORIES. SHOULD I BE DOING MORE AT THE GYM. IN A WEEK I HAVE ONLY LOST 1LB. IF I SHOULD BE DOING MORE....WHAT SHOULD I DO?

One pound per week is what is recommended for healthy weight loss. So if you are following your calorie recommendations along with your exercise and you lost a pound I would say you are right on track and don't need to do any more.
If you want to lose more weight per week than that, you may want to consider revising your goals to lose more weight. But make sure you follow the guidlines - like eating your exercise calories.0
