Hate being a woman sometimes!

I stepped on the scale the other day and was 5-6 lbs heavier than I have been. I hadn't weighed myself in about a week and a half and just broke down thinking I gained that much. Then 2 days later I started my period! Mine are always super irregular and I don't always have one. I was both angry and relieved! Why does being a woman have to make fitness so much harder?!

    I'm irregular, too. However, I can usually tell when it is about that TOM as I want to eat everything in sight. Especially starchy and sweet stuff. Sometimes I like corn chips with dark chocolate syrup drizzled over them. That's my sure fire signal that my visitor is on her way!
